Southwark residents and community groups are being urged to start thinking about their neighbourhood and how they want to improve it, as Southwark Council’s Cleaner Greener Safer Programme gets underway.The window for applications to the council starts on October 29 2011 with a closing date of January 6 2012. The Partnership has been working with Millwall Community Scheme to provide youth activities on the Silwood and Tustin estates. On December 1 we presented a trophy to Downside Fisher Youth Club under 13s for winning a local tournament. The Partnership’s work with Millwall was featured in the programme for the match on November 21.
